We offer 7 days return or exchange policy after the package received. Please email us at csmaisonkolori@gmail.com to receive your return & exchange code confirmation before processing any return or exchange.

Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in; labels are still attached and be in perfect condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed).

Sale & other special deals items are not exchangeable or returnable.

Video proof (unboxing) must be provided for complaints.

All return or exchange shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.

Returns and exchanges can only occur once.

We do not issue cash refunds. Refunds can only be issued in a form of gift card.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange even conditions above are met to prevent any abuse of our returns system.
