We offer 3 days return& exchange policy after the package received. Please email us at csmaisonkolori@gmail.com to process any return or exchange.

  • Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in; labels are still attached and be in perfect condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed)
  • Sale & other special deals items are not exchangeable or returnable
  • Video proof (unboxing) must be provided for complaints
  • All return or exchange shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers
